Steve began his hospitality career in the kitchen, but quickly found his passion for the front of house, eventually becoming a sought-after General Manager known for his ability to take operations teams and properties to the next level. He has a broad range of experience having worked in noted properties in both the US and abroad including Aspen’s Hotel Jerome, Anguilla’s Malliouhana and Montana’s Ranch at Rock Creek. Steve also has extensive knowledge and experience in property development, acquisition and investment services, keenly focused on the effective execution of the asset at every stage in its business cycle.

Having lived on 4 continents, Manpreet is a global citizen who loves to travel and explore world cuisine.

Cindy began her hospitality career in the Front Office but quickly learned that working in Human Resources, she was able to work in every department and make impacts at all levels of the organization; Cindy’s journey started by working abroad in Switzerland and Germany and then found that independent luxury resorts was a great fit and worked in noted properties such as South Seas Resort on Captiva Island, Florida  as the Director of Human Resources and at The Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs, CO, the longest running 5 Star, 5 Diamond Resort in the world for over 25 years as the Vice President of Human Resources. Cindy worked closely with her Executive Team, Department Heads, Managers, Human Resources and employees and she always focused on bringing the right talent to perform in the positions that allowed their natural talents to provide excellent and genuine service.  Named “Hotelier of the Year” by the Colorado Hotel & Lodging Association, “Most Valuable Volunteer” by the American Hotel & Lodging Association and named one of the Top 75 Leaders in the Hospitality Industry by Lodging Magazine, Cindy is a well respected and regarded industry professional.
